Featuring an integrated “large-stroke + fine-adjustment” design, it brings a revolutionary technological breakthrough to the fiber coupling/alignment process.


01 Product Introduction

The MINI‑X1‑Y1‑Z1 series 6-axis high-precision motion stage is purpose‑built for fiber-optic coupling applications. Innovatively, it integrates a three-axis micro‑adjustment mechanism on top of the ART130 series large‑stroke motion base (with X/Y/Z strokes customizable per customer requirements), enabling integrated “coarse adjustment over a wide range + nanometer‑level fine tuning.” The repeatability positioning accuracy of each axis reaches within ±100 nm. The product is adaptable to most optical communication module applications and offers advantages in precision, stability, and cost‑effectiveness for industrial integration.

Unlike conventional piezoelectric micro‑stage solutions, we employ our self‑developed linear motors and crossed‑roller bearings. The micro‑adjustment axes (MINI axes) achieve a dynamic travel of ±1 mm, with a settling time of 200 μm @ ±50 nm @ 30 ms. The combination of ultra‑high precision, compact footprint, lighter weight, and broader travel makes it particularly suitable for coupling scenarios that require frequent, fast, and large‑range reciprocating motion.
