AB100/150 Series
Tilt/Yaw Dual‑Axis Direct‑Drive Rotary Stage
The AB100/150 series is a dual‑axis rotary stage comprising a 110°‑stroke A‑axis (tilt) and a 360° continuous B‑axis (yaw). The B‑axis can rotate independently, while the A‑axis rotation carries the B‑axis along. Two table diameters—100 mm and 150 mm—are available. Driven by direct‑drive rotary motors, it delivers excellent dynamic performance and positioning accuracy: ±3 arcsec accuracy and ±1 arcsec repeatability.
The A‑axis is a horizontal tilt stage with high stiffness and support, while the B‑axis is a lightweight yaw stage with 360° continuous rotation, achieving axial and radial runout below 3 μm. The integrated two‑axis design ensures orthogonality between A and B axes of less than 10 arcsec, and intersection error of less than ±10 μm—demonstrating outstanding mechanical performance.
The AB100/150 is a core component of 5‑axis systems, combinable with XYZ linear stages or used standalone. Typical applications include upright toolhead machining and VPP (virtual pivot point) coordinate transformation. It is widely used in metrology, 3D spatial processing, precision assembly, welding, and other applications requiring arcsec‑level dual‑axis positioning.
