The SC2 is a highly integrated precision motion platform combining linear and rotary axes in one compact unit. The linear axis is driven by a self-developed linear motor, and the rotary axis by a self-developed S-type direct-drive motor, delivering fast response and high positioning accuracy. Both axes employ direct-drive, non-contact motor and encoder technologies, significantly improving efficiency and maintenance-free operation compared to conventional drives. The linear and rotary encoders are mounted directly to the load table, ensuring high system accuracy and repeatability throughout the platform's entire lifecycle.

The SC2 series supports custom fixtures—such as bushing alignment, manual or automatic material pre-loading—and pairs seamlessly with high-performance motion controllers. It enables easy linear-rotary 2-axis interpolation, real-time position-based triggering along the synthesized trajectory, and precise synchronization of laser output with the cutting path. Adaptive matching to instantaneous cutting speed maintains optimal laser power coupling and minimizes geometric errors in dense contour features. Widely used in waveguide processing and cardiovascular stent cutting.
